Processing Times

All ready to ship pieces are dispatched within 2 - 3 working days 

Made to order pieces will be shipped within 14 - 21 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched 

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during busy seasonal periods

UK Shipping

All orders are sent via Royal Mail

Royal Mail Tracked 48  - Delivery aim: 2 - 3 working days after dispatch

Delivery time frames begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase

Incorrect addresses 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error please contact us as soon as possible

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days (UK) please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail. We will always do our best to resolve any delivery issues promptly and fairly
