About us

My love of knitting began in childhood. I was first taught to knit when my Nan showed me the basics. From the beginning i loved the creativity it gave me - being able to create and make something unique and special by hand that no one else had.

As life and family became busy, knitting took a step back for a while. Returning to it has reminded my just how much I love it. The quiet rhythm of knitting in my oasis of calm with the added satisfaction of the creation

Today Doris and Daisy Knits is a small passion. Making beautiful knitted pieces for little ones - that can be worn, loved and perhaps even passed down xx
